I have a L visa for China and didn't exit after 30 days.

I have a L type for China and didn't exit after 30 days as my friend who is a Teacher in mainland will be traveling with me. Currently I am only 4 days over my exit date. What should I do?

Since you only overstayed by four days, you should leave China as soon as possible. When you are at the airport, you will be stopped. So you should prepare about CNY 2,000 in advance to pay the fines. Then you will be allowed to exit. If you are lucky enough, you may not need to pay the fines. The officer may only give you a warning.
