Dear Sir / madamI would like to inquire whether the Embassy of China in Malaysia provides the service to translate and verify the certifications on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Chinese quoted qualifications obtained through attended courses in China to English language?I am applying to Switzerland for approval to provide TCM services and the respective authority requires all the Certifications obtained in Chinese Language to be translated to English for their references.Looking forward for your reply and Thank you very much.Alice Hoo

Alice, the embassy does not provide translation service. You should look for a qualified translation agency to translate the documents for you. Then have it notarized by a notary public in China and authenticated by Swiss embassy in China.
