Is it very cold in hotels/restaurants because of the air conditioning requiring us to wear pants/long sleeves in summer?

All hotels and restaurants will open the air conditioning in summer, and usually the temperature will be under control of 71 F(22 C) ~ 77 F(25 C). If you feel cold, you can ask the hotel and restuarant staff to adjust the temperature control.
