I am afraid that currently, it is hard to tell the weather from 12 to 17 in March, because it is so early. According to the previous records, the it will not rain a lot in March comparing to other monthes and it is not cold. The average temperature is around 15 to 25C. In my opinion, it is suggested to find the weather information seven days before March 12.
