Hom, on your way back to Us, if you only stop in Beijing and the layover is less than 72 hours, no entry permit is required. Therefore, you only need a single entry G type permit. You can apply for it with your flight tickets, passport, passport copy, application form and recently-taken photo. The application should be submitted to the consulate general in Houston. The total cost is 140 dollars. If possible, you can provide hotel reservations as well and try to get a ten-year L type, the cost is also 140 dollars. It's more cost-efficient.

Dear Sir/ Mam,

If I will do 3 day city tour, can I just ask for VOA to visit Great wall of China and few other places? from Nov-10 to Nov-13 and leaving late evening Nov- 13 to Laos P.D.R.? Just ask for opinion. I have itinerary already and booked hotel as well. Please advise.
Thanks and best regards,
