carry on luggage to cabin plus extra personal item(laptop)

Hello Dear China Southern Airlines.I will travel to China using economy class of China Southern Airlines. I will be bringing 2 piece of luggage to cabin. Those are backpack and laptop bag. Is it allowed?

Thank you for your inquiry.However, we are TravelChinaGuide instead of airline company. For Southern Airline, travelers usually allow to take 20kg luggage for free for domestic trips including one piece of carry-on luggage within 5kg. Hope for your kind understanding.
