About:China Visa Exemption

Philippine Citizen Visiting Guilin

Hi I'm a Philippine citizen. I would like to visit Guilin for 6 days so I don't need a tourist visa yet? There is no direct flight from the Philippines to Guilin so I have to do a connecting flight to Guangzhou then to Guilin. Will I be required to have an entry permit because of this donestic connecting flight? Do I need to contact local travel agencies in Guilin prior to my arrival for the visa exempt?

Taylor, do you mean the free entry policy for ASEAN Tour Groups Visiting Guilin? If yes, you should be received by a designated local travel agency in Guilin and you can only enter PRC at Liangjiang Airport in Guilin. Only when you meet the two requirements can you enjoy the 6-day free entry in Guilin.
