About:Deyang Travel

My son he is going to Deyang city of this month 29th July.

my most concerned is the safety and is there some people who can speak English and what is the situation of law and order in case of emergency he can get any help

Well, honestly English is not that widely used in everyday life for people in the city, so your son may meet the language barrier. Anyway, do ask him to turn to some young people if he needs any help, because they are likely to communicate in English. The social security should not be your concern. In my experience for the recent years, all Chinese cities are very safe. If there is an emergency, let him ask for help from the policeman or call 110. He will hace a smooth trip! Relax!
