Can Egyptian passport Holder Apply for 72 Hours transit visa ?

Hi ,

we are travelling to Mongolia through Beijing with Long hours of transit , thinking of maximizing the trip and visit Beijing for 72 Hours , are we eligible to apply for 72h free transit and how ?

Sorry, Egyptian passport holders cannot apply for the 72h free transit policy, but they are eligible for the 24-hour free transit.

May I know if we should apply for 24h transit in advance or we got it from the airport ..
If we would like to stay for 2 days in Beijing for tourism what kind of visa we need to issue and what are the requirements ?

You can get the 24 hour direct transit after you arrive at the airport.
But if you want to stay for more than 24 hours, you should apply for a tourist L type or transit G type ahead of your journey.
