About:China Visa

Syrian passport holder living in dubai

Dear Sirs,

Greetings,,,

I would like to enquire visa requirements as i am planning a trip to Macao via Shanghai , and as there is no direct flight to/from my country of origin UAE it i am obligated to return via connecting flight from Shanghai .. Therefore .. Does my "single-entry" visa make me eligible ,within certin amount of time, to re-enter Shanghai on my return.

Or must i opt for a multi-entry permit for this return trip ..

Awaiting your kind response ..

Ali, actually, if your layover time for both transits in Shanghai is less than 24 hours respectively, no visa is needed because you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. But if both transits in Shanghai will be more than 24 hours, a double-entry visa is needed.
And if only one of the transits is more than 24 hours, a single-entry visa is enough.
