Joachim, you need to apply for an entry permit to HK. If you go there for relax or leisure purpose, you should apply for visit type. You should prepare the following documents: your passport and its copy, the application form and a recent bareheaded color photo, your travel plan to HK, financial support proof and transportation arrangement such as flight itinerary as well as your residence permit in mainland PRC. Afterwards, you should submit your application to Beijing Office of the government of HK SAR to apply for it.
