is there any new law about transfering work from domestic helper to company worker not to be allowed

I finished my contract last june 24,2016.Im planning to apply to company worker now. Did immigration department allow me to do so if i successfully hired without any problem about it? Do the immigration will banned me? Thanks!

If you can find a company to employ you, you can apply for the work Z type to be a company worker. There is no any law to stipulate that domestic helper cannot transfer to company worker.
As long as you make full preparation and meet the requirements, the immigration won’t ban you.
