my husband holds Z visa and lives in yiwu he wants to apply for s1 for his wife,2 children and parents altogether can he apply for all family members at one timeghanwa nauman

Yes, it's possible that all family members can apply for the S1 type at one time. There is no limit for the number of applicants based on one Z visa as far as I know.
