I'm holding Tunisian passport  I want visit China they asked me about invitation letter and I don't know how to get that invitation letter and from where I can provide it

Zaddem, if you have a friend in PRC, you can ask him/her to write an invitation letter to you. If not, you can find a travel agency to get the invitation for you.
