About:China Flight

Personal Item(laptop) To Cabin

any one here ever taking Xiamen Airlines and China Southern Airlines? Im going to go with either of those airlines. and the website show that economy class is only allowed to take 1 piece of luggage to cabin. my problem is that I am going to take 1 bagpack and 1 laptopbag. is the laptopbag allowed? or I need to pay additional fee?
any comment will be very appriciated
