how to go to shanghai from hk/shenzhenback to hk?

We will be in HK in October for 5 days, after that, we would like to visit Shenzhen for a day or 2, then proceed to SH, and then back to HK for our return flight. If it is easier to go to SH directly from HK, then we are prepared to give Shenzhen a miss. Thank you.Grace W

From HK to SH, you can take a direct flight (about 2.5 hours).From Shenzhen to SH, you can also travel by air (about 2.5 horus). Or, you can take a bulle train (about 12 hours).In a word, SH is easily accessiable from both cities. If you have enough time, you can cover all these cities. Have fun!
