how many days do you recomend to stay in guilin?

..to see and do the most important things there. Or is it better to stay in Yangshuo and take a trip to GL.And finally, is it cheap to stay there??Thank you!!

Normally, three to four days are enough to cover the highlights of the city including Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill, Li River cruise, etc. However, if you would like to see rice terraces, you can extend one or two days to Longsheng and Sanjiang. If you go to Yangshuo, you need to fly to GL first and then take a cruise to Yangshuo. There are various accommodaion ranging from small inns to star hotels in GL and Yangshuo, you may choose your stay as you like.
