My uncle summited this application for visa to china, he didn't get notification and doens give call

He tried to call couple of times to inquire about it but no word

Usually, after submitting the application, 4 working days are needed. But for some special situations, more days may be needed.
The hot line is too busy to get through in most cases. So if possible, he can go there in person and know about the detailed information.
