About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

My son is 17 years old, I'd like to send him to HK to visit his cousin,is he too young to go there?

Troy, because he is below 18 years old, maybe it’s not easy for him to travel alone there. But it is hard to say, if he can get consent letter from his parents, he may be able to go there.
