Im 20 years old im Filipino and my partner is Chinese we still here in Philippines because he is working here we are planning to get married next year in PRC he want me to be permanent residence in PRC. How can i apply

Blaire, you cannot get permanent residence permit in PRC, usually, your marriage should last at least 5 years and you should stay in PRC for 9 months each year, in this case, you can probably get the permanent residence permit. but you can apply for the temporary residence permit and stay in PRC after your marriage.
