Is there a card we can get for public transport in Chongqing?

And does it include metro/bus/cablecars/etc?

Yes! You can get a card for public transport, including metro lines, buses, cable cars, and escalators. The card is available at Customer Service Centers, and metro stations. You need to pay CNY 25 for it, and add some value to it. By the way, one card can be used by one person. :)
