About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

How to get China Visa in third Country?

I am from South Sudan is it possible for me to get Chinese entry permit from India? and from PRC is it possible also to travel direct to my home country?. for your information i have a valid stay permit in India right now.

John, it’s possible for you to apply for it in India.
After you enter PRC, you can travel direct to your home country from there.
You want to apply for a tourist L type, right? If yes, you need to first prepare these materials containing your passport and its photocopy, the application form, a passport-style photo, your valid entry permit in India, as well as round trip air tickets and accommodation reservation. And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for it.

what do you mean by round air ticket?? is it air ticket from India to China and from china to my home country, right??? because some people told me that i must come back to India in order to travel to my home country.

The ticket from India to China and back to your home country is ok. You don't have to go back to India.
