About:Prohibited Items

Concerned about availability of strictly gluten free meals at hotels as I have coeliac disease.

I wish to book a tour for 21 days to China sightseeing.
Can I take sealed prepacked gluten free dried fruit and nuts , packaged breakfasts cereals , biscuits and crackers, GF sealed packs of loaves of bread and sealed instant dehydrated dinners and tinned salmon fish as well as spreads such as peanut butter and jam?

Thank you for any help.you can give.

As I know, meat products are not allowed to enter CN. You'd better not take the tinned salmon fish. If your instant dinners also have meat, you should not take them either.
The rest of the above items can be taken into CN. No worry! But you need to declare them, for some may need to get a quarantine check.
