About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

Go to Chinese conference

I am Hungarian staying in Saga (Japan) with JSPS postdoctoral scholarship. I would like to go to the 7-th International Chinese conference in Crop science. I would like to know ho can I apply for visa to PRC from Japan.
