I want to apply for medical treatment of my son  in china could u plz tell me what type of entry permit i should apply and which documents required ?

Hina, I think you should apply for an S2 visa. The required documents include: 1. passport and a copy of its photo page; 2. a filled-out application form attached with a half-length bare-headed photo; 3. a diagnosis certificate or an invitation letter from a hospital in China; 4. a bank statement; 5. round-trip tickets; 6. other documents the consular officer thinks necessary.
