About:Shanghai Railway Station

Waiting time

Hi,
We will end up in the main Railway station from 2pm to 8pm waiting for our next train. What is there to do? Like do they have shower facilities for waiting passengers? enough waiting areas to have a nap?
Might sound like a stupid question but all answers are appreciated

In fact there do not have shower facilities etc there and normal the station are always busy. It may not easy to find some place for a nap. If it did like that when you get there, you may leave your luggage at the Luggage office for a few hours and go around for a short visit like Nanjing road, Yuyuan etc.
