Sir my brother has X1 type visa. He is a medical student in PRC. Can I visit PRC?

I want to visit PRC for looking Business Opportunities.

Yes, you can visit there. As it's hard to apply for a tourist L type entry permit by yourself. You can apply for an S1 or S2 type.
