yeah that school is ok. i was offered a job from that school before. you have to make sure that they can provide you visa and foreign expert certificate. the SAFEA released a new law about hiring non-native speakers starting may 1, 2016. they cannot hire a non-native speaker legally unless they graduated from a university in a native speaking country.
if you are already working in china, might as well just renew your contract with your current employer cos the SAFEA will still let you do that but your school will have to give you a strong recommendation that they want to continue working with you. hope this helps.
