I need to apply for a Z-Visa as I’ve been offered employment in China.

Hello I am an Italian National with a UAE residence permit. I need to apply for a Z-Visa as I’ve been offered employment in China.

Do I have to fly back to Italy to apply for the S-Visa or, as a UAE resident can I apply at the Embassy of AD?
