entry into chinavisa application

Question

My husband and I are flying to Hong Kong on Aug 31 this year and going into PRC at Shenzen on Sep 3 via the HongKong - Shenzen subway. Where exactly is the entry into PRC on this route and how easy is it to get into PRC this way? From Shenzen we are continuing on the fast train to Guilin.We are in the process of filling out visa application to submit to a service center. Does each traveler have to fill out his/her own application or can it be filled out by just one, as all of the travel info is the same?Thank youUrsula

Ursula, after you taking the train to Shenzhen from HK, you will arrive at Luohu Port. After getting off the train, you can follow the direction boards to the immigration office at Luohu port, and then handle the relevant procedures to enter mainland PRC. It is easy to enter as long as you hold valid entry permit. Each traveler needs to fill out his/her own application form.
