technical stop in dalian (45min), ca154 - beijing 72h visa free possible?

Hi, I am flying from Hiroshima to Beijing and 70 hours later to HongKong.There is a technical stop (45 minutes!) in Dalian, so we will not go through immigration there.According to Beijing Airport Arrivals website, the flight CA154 is listed both as origin Dalian and origin Hiroshima.So can I enjoy the 72h free exception in Beijing since we will not go through immigration in Dalian?Who has done this process before?Thanks,Jonas

Jonas, I’m afraid you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing because you have another stop in Dalian, albeit you won’t go through the immigration. You should apply for a tourist l type or transit G type for your trip.
