The temperature may range from 80 F to 90 F during that period of time. There would have several showers that can bring some cool feelings. The climate will be hot. You can prepare T-shirts, skirts, shorts and other summer clothes.1

hi tian. be allert that September is a typical month of strong typhoon category 8, the top one !!!! i was there by mid of sep 2014 and i had a very hard time with category 8. no airport and others facilities working and it was a very difficult spent time during this tropical hurricane. i suggest to go from november to march.
