About:China Work Visa

Z Visa - can I still travel out of PRC while waiting for work permit

Hi Sir, I am on Z type, waiting to apply for my temporary resident permit and work permit.
But I need to go to HK for work, can I leave China for HK and come into PRC?

If your passport is with PSB for temporary residence permit then you cannot leave China without passport . If your passport is with you then it depends , most probably your visa would be single entry and you can go out but can't enter again with single entry Z visa. Better is to wait for your resident permit then you can leave or enter China multiple times.
