About:Macau Visa Policy

Dear sir my brother want to visist macau from dubai he has dubai work permit he is sri lankan

embassy request him to provide invitation to apply tourist visa to Macau.
How does we get an invitation from Macau to apply for it ?

If he has a friend in Macau, he can ask the friend to issue an invitation to him.
Otherwise, he needs to find a travel agency and ask for help.
