Travelling to Sydney to New Delhi via Guangzhou

Hi,
I am Indian passport holder and an Australian Permanent Resident. I am travelling from Sydney to New Delhi this November. I have a connecting flight from Guangzhou with more than 13 hrs transit time.

Am I eligible for free transit (72 hrs)?
Thanks.
Neeraj.

Neeraj, you are not eligible for the 72 hour free transit because of your nationality, but if your layover time in PRC is less than 24 hours, you can use the 24 hour direct transit. In this case, no entry permit is needed either.
