About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

I have a 6-hour stop in Pudong Airport before my flight at 11 pm.

Do I have time to have sightseeing at Shanghai City Centre? Do I need a visa for a short tour? I am from the Netherlands.

The time is too limited for you to visit the downtown area because you need to go back 2 hours before the departure.
Thus you are advised to stay at the airport to have a rest or go shopping at the duty-free shops.
In addition, no visa is required because you are eligible to the 24h visa-free policy.
