About:Vaccinations for Travel to China

I am flying from Brazil to Beijing with a 4-day stopover in Spain before entering China.

Do I need a yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter?

According to the rules, you need to bring the vaccination certificate and show it when you pass the customs of PRC. The situation may be the same when you enter Spain.
