About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

i overstay for China.. for one year now, but now, i want to go to the immigration to pay all my penalties fee and go back to my homeland will i get blacklist on my passport because am ready to pay everything and go back

That is entirely up to immigration. Keep in mind that unlawful employment comes with a fine between 5,000 and 20,000 CNY and, if they deem necessary, a 15-day detention. This is separate from the overstay charge which is an additional 10,000 CNY fine OR 15-day detention. Whether to ban you is generally based on what you did while in China.
