illegal workers in china

I came here in PRC to work we are illigal our employer or agent is holding our passpport what are we going to do

Grail, you should tell your situation to the local police, and then you need to pay the fine. Until then, your employer will give your passport back. And you can apply for an exit pass to leave PRC.
