About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am perry, I overstayed in PRC

I come here in china, an agent told me that i will six months visa but its not true so i was overstay, somebody told me that i will be in prison for a month if i go home please advice me what to do i am 56 years old

If you haven’t overstayed for a long time and the situation is not serious, you won’t be put into prison. You should report your situation to the local police as soon as possible and then pay the fine of CNY 500 per day. After, you can apply for an exit pass to leave PRC.
