About:China Business Visa

The Business Visa(M) people allowed to pay taxes to the government?

If the person is holding a business (M) type for 2 entries and each entry he is permitted to stay upto 180 days of each entry he does to China
the person is working as a consultant to the company
.so,the company will pay him some service salary to him, is that a problem ?

the company told him you have to pay taxes to the government from your service salary. my question is if he do like this it will be a problem to him? and it shows slightly he is working ?

let me know your concern plz Asap! i need to help my friend.

Vic, as per my understanding, if your stay in China adds up to more than 183 days per year for business reasons and you gain a salary from a company in China, you need to pay taxes.

It wont affect the entry permit by bringing any additional issue's? from the government

due to i pay taxes to the government even i hold business type?

the company told me its possible although i would like to make it clear with you
