Taiwan Weather : last week of February /1st week of March & Hohhot ib 2nd wee of March

Besides the above, I would like to know more about Overland small group tour to Kathmandu and also
about the Weekly International Express Bus ( Departure / Arrival and Fare etc )

It will be cloudy and rain slightly sometimes in late February and early March in TW. The temperature will range from 60F to 70F. In Hohhot, it may be sunny, and the temperature may vary from 10F to 50F. It is quite cold. For small group tour to Kathmandu, you can contact TravelChinaGuide through tours@travelchinaguide.com. Their staffs will reply you as soon as possible.
However, I heard that the overland transport from Lhasa to Kathmandu is not available.
