About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Transit Visa for PRC

Hi! I am Guyanese national and a student in Korea. I will be travelling to the Czech Republic through PRC - Pudong International Arpt (PVG). Do I need a transit visa? According to my flight schedule, I will layover at Pudong Airport for 5 hours.

Alysha, as you just stop over in Shanghai for 5 hours, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit. In this way, no transit G type is needed.
