Hi sir, Im working in china , I need to certify my degree in malaysia, but I couldnt travel to Malaysia at this time, Is it possible one of my friend do this job ? and what documents need to certify the university degre?

Arman, it’s possible for you to ask your friend to do it for you. The required documents include the application form (you should fill it out by yourself), the passport or ID card of your friend, and the university degree notarized by the ministry of foreign affairs of Malaysia (original and copy) as well as other documents required by the consular officers.
