Sending package to The Netherlands

I want to send a package of 5/6 kg to my home address in the Netherlands. Will it arrive if I'll send it by SUR mail? And could someone tell me how much it will cost? Thank you!!

Yes, surface mail can reach the Netherlands from CN. The fare is around CNY180.
