Hi, I'll be travelling to Taipei from 10 - 19 September. Would the rainy season be over?

Actually, the typhoon season lasts from June to September. The rainy season will not be over in mid September. The best time for a visit lasts from March to May, and from October to December. You are advised to alter your plan a little bit. Have a nice trip! :)
