If you go to PRC for sightseeing purpose, a tourist L type is required.
You should first prepare those documents including your passport and copies of all the used pages, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Spain, as well as hotel reservation and two-way air tickets.
And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the L type.
