Spouse visa for PRC with Australian passport

I am holding an Australian passport but will be in Denmark shortly. My Danish spouse and I are moving to PRC for his work for the next 2 years. Can I apply for the spouse type at the Chinese embassy in Denmark? I do not have a permanent address in Denmark. Would this be an issue? How long can I expect for the turnaround for the application? Thank you.

If you have valid entry permit for Denmark, you can apply for it from there.
After you submit the application, it usually takes 4 working days to process it.
