Hi, would like to check if we can obtain chinese VOA at Macau to Guangzhou. We are from Malaysia. Thanks.

Ethel, you cannot get VOA in Guangzhou unless you go there for emergency circumstances. If you want to visit Guangzhou, you should apply for a normal entry permit ahead of time.
