Hello!! I have got the CSC scholarship but i had a previous criminal record which is now clear. I was arrested in a case u/s 324/34 PPC-PS, about 3 years ago, and later I was released on the basis of compromise. So is it possible for me to get Chinese student X type. Plz help me
